to look their very best. I think working out, eating right and simply staying
in shape is a very attractive quality in people. Think about it, if you don’t
take care of yourself that shows you don’t respect # 1, YOU! If you don’t
respect yourself, why should he respect you?

weights. I truly love to do cardio and that helps keep a nice slim body. I have
some amazing cardio and weight work outs that will get you that slim toned body
you’ve always wanted. Before you get started on reading how to make a positive
change to your look, read these frequently asked questions by many women...
1. How can I drop a quick 10 pounds?
-You can’t drop a quick 10 pounds unless it’s unhealthy and
it still won’t make you look the way you really want to look. Also easy come,
easy go. I have seen girls drop quick weight but they tend to always shoot it
back on. I recommend you think about the long road and make a life style
change. Remember the turtle beats the rabbit.
2. How do I get my legs skinnier? Do you recommend any good
exercises?
- This question goes for all areas of the body. It’s not
good to just focus on certain areas because your body will not just loose the
fat in that one area. Plus isolation weight training is what body builders do.
Do you want to look like those guys? Didn’t think so. Ever seen guys with no
legs and huge arms with a bird’s chest? That’s because he primarily just works
his arms doing bicep curls and pull downs. It looks horrible. Flip him upside
down and that’s what girls do who just focus on their legs. You have to do full
body works outs that include larger muscle movements. Examples are going to be
bench press, back rows, squats, lunges, pull downs and pushups. I feel sorry
for the women I see in the gym that never improve and do the same exercises all
the time. You see them do Leg press, abductor exercise (the one for inner
thighs where they squeeze their legs in), and lots of sit ups. These girls are
everywhere and are always trying to have skinnier legs but never succeed. For
girls who want to have long lean bodies, you want to do less isolation
movements and more movements that keep all the large muscle groups working
together. And no, I don’t recommend just one exercise. You should always mix it
up.
3. What should I eat? What diet is the best to lose weight
quickly?
-Okay, well you should cut out fast food and drinking
alcohol if you are serious about dropping weight. Not forever but for now. If
you want to lose weight quickly you have to be very strict. I know you are t
hinking well if I do everything in moderation and drink only on the weekends,
I’ll drop weight. Yeah, if you make any changes in a positive way, you will
drop weight, but I’m trying to show you the fastest way. Most of the diets out
there work great. If you do a diet, you will lose weight but remember, you
don’t have to be on that diet forever. Once you look the way you want to look,
then start bringing some of the fun food back but in good moderation and make a
life style change. Eat good 85% of the time and enjoy your 15%. Now when I say
enjoy, I wouldn’t go running to Mcdonalds or getting candy. I’d recommend
cutting that crap out of your system forever.
As for diets, I recommend Atkins, South Beach, low calorie
and the list goes on. I wouldn’t do any of t hose dumb cabbage soup diets
though. I also don’t recommend finding out what the celebs do. Most of the
times they are getting paid to lie about what they really do when it comes to
reading star magazines and those commercials you see. When you are choosing
your diet, quit being lazy and asking people what to eat. Do some research on
the diets and then go and get the book of the one you will choose to do. Read
everything there is about it and do it properly. I get so annoyed of the lazy
girls who ask me to just tell them what do eat and what not to eat. They never
actually apply it. Read the book and then come back to me and ask questions.
4. My friend has an amazing body and she can eat whatever
she wants, why can’t I?
-I’m sorry and yes I hate those people too. The thing is
they don’t appreciate what they have but you will. It sucks but you will have
to work hard and be very strict to look the way you want too. There is nothing
I can say to make you feel better. Just know that it normally it will catch up
with them, trust me.
5. If I do weights or jog, my arms and legs get bulky. I
tend to gain muscle very fast, why?
-No you don’t! I’m so tired of hearing women talk about how
they gain muscle fast when they start working out and that’s why they don’t.
You are a woman and you don’t produce testosterone like men. It’s freaking hard
for me and lots of other men to gain pure muscle and I find it funny that a lot
of women feel they gain muscle fast and that’s their excuse to not do weights
or cardio. If you were to eat strictly 1300 calories a day and work out like a
body builder there is no possible way that you can get bulky. Oh wait, there is
if you are eating too much. The working out is not the issue, it’s the eating.
I If you are bringing in too many calories and working out, you will gain
muscle along with fat. If you eat properly and work out, you will lose weight;
keep some muscle and loose fat. That simple!
6. If I cut out beer and just drink liquor with no sugar
mixers can I still lose weight?
-That's a tough one. Alcohol slows down the process of your
muscle synthesis so that slows down your fat loss. I really recommend not drinking
in your strict phase. Once you get to the way you want to look, that is a good
way to think if you drink moderately.
7. Why is it so hard and expensive to eat healthy?
-If it was easy, America wouldn’t be the fattest country in
the world. It’s really not that expensive to eat healthy, you just have to
spend some more time in the beginning, planning out your meals. You can’t just
live and then say, “Oh time to eat now, what’s the quickest thing? “ You have
to plan out when and what you will eat in the morning or night before. I know
that will be hard for you but it will be a life style change you will
appreciate once you get used to it. Again, this will not be easy in the
beginning. Here should be your train of thought the night before. “I’ll have eggs
and fruit in the morning. When I get to work, I’ll snack on a low sugar yogurt
and nuts. For lunch I’ll find a healthy meal on the menu. If I get hungry
before dinner, I’ll snack on fruit, nuts or whatever healthy snacks I bought.
For dinner I’ll find a healthy meal on the menu or I’ll cook that salmon I
bought with some sautéed vegetables when I get home.” That’s how your brain
should be thinking once you get in habit.
