A lot of women have been asking me for a quick diet that would help them drop 8-10 pounds. I told them there really isn’t a healthy solution because it will take hard work to drop the right weight quickly. After being asked so many times, I decided to do some research and try a diet. I wouldn’t say it’s a quick fix but it’s a faster one. It will teach you all about portion sizes, how to eat and there really isn’t too much thinking involved. It will also work great for people on the go too and isn’t that expensive.
After my 1st day on the diet, I’ve lost 4 pds (1.8kgs). Now the weight I lost is probably mostly water weight because if you are consuming too much food, your body will retain water. The diet isn’t bad so far and the hardest part for me was at night time when I have my cravings.
What I’m trying to show everyone in this diet is that there is always room for improvement. I’m a little over 5’11 (180cm), weigh 175pds (79kg) and have 11% body fat. My stomach muscles show and I will sport a fitted shirt in a heartbeat. I’m going to show how to go from a good body to a great body. It will take discipline and hard work (the gym). This diet will work for anyone though, whether you are obese or just need to lose 10 pds (4.5kgs). The difference will be how long you are on the diet, that’s all.
I know I preach a lot about looks and I’m sure it sounds like I only think looks matter. I’m only telling you this to show you that men respond to what they see. If we see attractive women, we are more tempted to walk up to them. So the better you look, the more opportunities you will have in meeting Mr. Right. Your look is just the bait; once you have them hooked it’s up to you if you want to reel them in or not. The better the bait, the more bites you will have.
I will have a video blog up in about 5-6 weeks showing you my results along with what I did throughout the diet. I will announce what diet I did along with a journal of what was going on in my head and issues that might have occurred.
